Audrey McGuckin, the founder of a talent design firm called the McGuckin Group, wanted to tangibly advance opportunities for women in the workplace. She had a clear mission, but needed a way to make it real in the world.

The Work
We co-created a program called Women on Their Way, which has now provided training and community for #### female leaders around the world. Reinvent The World has continued to stay involved as an advisor and project partner, with Studio Reinvent running three workshop sessions for participants throughout the year.
